$350 Business Sponsorship / $300 City of Leesburg Business Sponsorship
(Business Sponsorship includes hole sponsor & 4 person team)

FORMAT:
18-hole, 4 person scramble
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
11:30 a.m.—12:30 p.m. - Registration
1:00 p.m. - Shotgun Start
Awards at the conclusion of play.
AWARDS:
Contest prizes and awards will be given upon the completion of the event.
REGISTRATION
Participants must submit the registration form and entry fee by October 17 .

The funds for this event will assist children who need monetary help to participant in the Recreation Department’s sports programs.
