There are both private and public hangars at Leesburg Regional Airport. As hangars become available, notices are placed at SunAir Aviation, Triangle Aviation, and on the City's website. Lease rates are based on the size of the hangar, location and amenities. The City reserves the right to accept the best offer as defined by the City of Leesburg. The City does allow for land leases for up to 20 years. Any building proposed to be constructed must be approved in advance by the City and shall revert to the City of Leesburg after 20 years. The current tenant is given preference in renegotiating a lease for the land and the building at the conclusion of the lease.
