There is a correction factor involved in calculating the therms billed on all gas customers of 1.07 x meter reading difference. Gas rates fluctuate according to the City's Cost.

The owner or tenant of each and every residential unit shall pay a minimum monthly fee for garbage, refuse, and displosal service. The monthly fee includes once weekly garbage pickup and once weekly yard trash collection less then one cubic yard.
