The residential electric rate applies to an electrical service supplying electricity to a single family residence. Service provided here under shall not be shared with or resold to others.

The Bulk Power cost Adjustment is a separate charge which could vary each month and is included in the total utility bill. Residents inside the City pay a 10% Public Service Tax. Residents outside the City pay a 10% surcharge. Total charges are subject to the Gross Receipts Tax of 2.564%.

This rate shall apply only to gas service where the usage does not exceed two hundred fifty (250) therms in the billing period, and is used for purposes other then heating only and shall not be resold. Each dwelling unit in an apartment house shall be separately metered. Housing projects in which gas service is furnished by the lessor may be singularly metered and billed.

There is a correction factor involved in calculating the therms billed on all gas customers of 1.07 x meter reading difference. Gas rates fluctuate according to the City's Cost.

The owner or tenant of each and every residential unit shall pay a minimum monthly fee for garbage, refuse, and displosal service. The monthly fee includes once weekly garbage picklup and once weekly yard trash collection less then one cubic yard.
