Who may attend the quarterly meetings?
Anyone. These are always public meetings.

When did the "frozen" general employees' retirement plan become effective/ordinance #?
October 1, 2008

When can I retire?
Early Retirement:
50 years of age [minimum]
15 years of service [minimum]

Normal Retirement:
65 years of age [minimum]
5 years of service [minimum]



Is there a penalty for early retirement? If so, how much?
Yes. 3.33% per year of retirement before Normal Retirement Age

60 – 90 Days’ Notice. Understandably sometimes this is not possible.We will work it out together!
