The City of Leesburg is proud to present our residents with this convenient and quick way to access their government. The City's Click2Gov software provides up-to-date information concerning your utility account and a payment option. You will also be able to access Building Permit information.

As of June 1, 2011 all non-reoccurring credit card payments will be assessed a $5.00 convenience fee. We do not accept E-checks as a form of payment.

| Internet Services for payments and account review will be unavailable Tuesday thru Saturday morning from 1:15am to 3:00am for system maintenance and Monday morning between 2am and 4am.

Online service for Business Account Management
SUNGARD PUBLIC SECTOR GovNow for Business Account Management enables citizens to complete routine tax-receipt tasks over the Internet. Citizens can search for tax receipts and perform "what if" scenarios to determine the impact of changes on a receipt.
Online payments for Business Tax Receipts is temporarily unavailable.
Please submit payment via mail or visit our office at 204 N 5th street.

All Building Permit Fees will be due at the time of application submittal.
Your application will not be processed until fees are paid in full.

SUNGARD PUBLIC SECTOR Click2Gov™ for Customer Information System (CIS) provides customers the ability to view their utility bills over a secure Internet connection. Customers can also view comprehensive, current account information, billing history, and service and consumption summaries over the Internet.
