My City - bumper sticker

City government is the government closest to its citizens. It is important for residents to understand how our city operates, the services it provides, and the importance of their active involvement. The statewide theme this year is My City: I'm Part of it, I'm Proud of it. To celebrate, Mayor Bone signed a proclamation marking October 23-29 as Florida City Government Week in Leesburg.
