The Airport will make infrastructure improvements to the property located north of Veterans Road and east of Taxiway Kilo, creating shovel-ready sites for construction of commercial hangars by private entities. The Airport will provide taxilane access from TW K to the parcel(s), a vehicle access road from Veterans Road, and extension of utility mains for future service connections. The initial design suggests up to four lots are possible for development.
