U.S Customs & Border Protection
U.S. Customs and Border Protection provides convenient "user fee" services at Leesburg International Airport, providing a direct stop for in-bound flights from foreign countries. An officer is available from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Thursday through Monday. After-hours arrivals and all Federal Holidays must pay $400.00 in addition to the following inspection fees:

Jets less than 20,000 lbs. gross weight | $250 |
Jets equal or greater than 20,000 lbs. gross weight | $400 |
Overflight Exemptions
Pilots of private aircraft arriving from some areas south of the United States are required to provide an advance notice of arrival and landing at certain designated airports listed in 19 CFR § 122.24(b) for U.S. Customer and Border Protection processing unless exempted from this requirement through an Overflight Exemption provided for in 19 CFR § 122.25.
