The Records Section processed 4,809 incident reports, 1,028 traffic crash reports, 5,576 traffic tickets, 1,769 non-traffic arrests, and accepted 1,921 subpoenas for court appearances. Records logs indicate 4,656 citizens came into the lobby and were assisted by members of the Section. The records section
also handles citizen’s requests for finger printing.
The Records Section staff attended a total of 95.25 hours of training in 2011. The section is staffed with four full-time clerical assistants to service the public and police personnel.

Finger Printing Services
Fingerprinting services are available to the public from 9am - 3:30pm Tuesday-Friday. Please bring cash or check, an official photo I.D. and the fingerprint cards provided by the requesting organization. The fee for this service is $10.00 per fingerprint card. Please note that the Leesburg Police Department does not provide fingerprinting cards.
