Rob Billings
Sign Technician
The Streets and Signs Maintenance Division has a staff of five (5). The Streets Maintenance Division is staffed by one (1) Street Supervisor and three (3) technicians and is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all regulatory signs within the City of Leesburg public right-of-way. These include street signs, warning signs, traffic regulation signs, and information signs. This division designs and manufactures custom signs for the City's departments, waterways, and programs as approved by the City Commission. They maintain the marking, painting, and striping for all City streets, curbs, and crosswalks for public safety purposes.
In Mid-2006 the Streets Maintenance Division added three (3) technicians to begin performing minor maintenance and repair to the City's streets and sidewalks. Through the expansion of this division, it is our goal to be more responsive to our citizens and their concerns for roadway and pedestrian safety.
