Welcome to the City of Leesburg Parks and Recreation Department’s NEW on-line registration page. If you have already used this site, Click HERE to continue with your registration process. There are a few select activities that are not available to register online. If you would like more information on these please call our office staff. If you are a first time user to this site, there are a few things you should know. Please print this page so you can follow the instructions when logged into the system.

Notice to all users: Registrations will not be completed until the payment is made. Those placed on a waiting list will not be required to submit payment. It is always a good idea to print a receipt and bring it with you to your first class. This will be proof of registration should the participant’s name not be included on a class roster. Some classes have additional information or forms that need to be completed by a participant or parent/guardian. These forms can also be found on the “Forms” button on the navigation bar at your left or click HERE now to go to the forms page. The forms are .PDF files. To download these forms you will need to have Adobe Acrobat on your computer.

How do I register?
  1. Sign into WecTrac.
  2. Enter your home phone (your home telephone number with area code, no spaces or dashes) and your password is your last name; click "Sign In".
  3. To register for an activity, select the "Shop" option on the left sidebar and then select "Activity Enrollment."
  4. Enter the 6-digit Activity Number and the 2-digit section number of the desired activity/program. If you do not know the activity number, you can search through all current activities by selecting “Search” option on the left sidebar and then select "Activity"; then “Search By.” You will be able to view all activity numbers, descriptions, dates, days, time and notes. You can add the activity to you cart from here as well. (by clicking the orange circle with the shopping cart) NOTE: If there is no shopping cart in the orange circle to the left of the activity number, but an exclamation mark; this means the activity is no longer open for enrolment.
  5. Select the family member that you wish to enroll from the "Family Member to Enroll" pull-down box.
  6. Please tell us how you found out about the class for which you are enrolling by selecting from the "How did you find out about this class?" box.
  7. Click on the "Add to Cart" icon.
  8. Read the Disclaimer and choose "Yes, I agree."
  9. Now the system will display a decision box. Click on "OK" to register for another activity (Go back to step #4), or click on "Cancel" to proceed to checkout and step #10.
  10. First, the system will allow you to review all of your registration selections. If you are satisfied with your selections, then click on "Proceed to Checkout."
  11. Enter your 16-digit credit card number with no spaces or dashes, and then enter your 4-digit expiration date (e.g., 0506 for May, 2006). Also enter your billing zip code and 3-digit security code located on the back of your credit card.
  12. Review your billing information and click on the "GO" button to begin the payment authorization process.
  13. Next review the on-screen warning, click the "Continue" button, You MUST WAIT until your receipt appears before trying to navigate in your browser.
  14. Click the "OK" button to view a copy of your receipt.
  15. Your receipt should appear in your browser and you can print (printer icon) and/or save (disk icon) your receipt for your records.
  16. Once you have closed your receipt, your transaction is complete and you can select from 3 options: "Back to our home page", "More Shopping", or "Finished."

How do I view activity listings without a house-hold account?
  1. At the sign in screen select the “guest” button. This will allow you to see all of the activities that are available as well times, location and cost.
  2. To register you will need to come into our office or you may call and register, paying with a credit card.
How do I view/pay an existing balance?
  1. Enter your home phone (your home telephone number with area code, no spaces or dashes) and your password is your last name; click "Sign In". If you do not have a house-hold account on the system you can not use this option.
  2. You will see a listing of all of the classes for which you owe.
  3. You can pay our old balance from this screen or proceed with your current selection and pay both when you check out. If you see that you have an outstanding balance and are unable to pay it online, contact our office staff and they will be more than happy to help you.
How can I view facility availability?
  1. Sign into your account or select the “guest” button.
  2. Select Search, Facility, Calendar. Choose a facility, month and year. Then select "Search". This will allow you to see the availability of the facility you selected.
  3. To make a facility reservation or for further information please contact our office staff at (352) 728-9898.
