Corporate and Maintenance Hangars (Under 4,000 square feet and located in multi-unit buildings)
The City of Leesburg currently has 3 corporate/maintenance hangars. Additional hangars in this category are proposed as part of a new project constructing hangars on the north side of Airport Boulevard. Corporate Hangars (Stand-Alone Buildings)
Lease rates are based on the size of the hangar, location, and amenities. The City reserves the right to accept the best offer as defined by the City of Leesburg. Contact us for more information.
Land Leases
There are sites available for commercial and/or aeronautical development at the Airport, including U.S. HWY 441 frontage. Long-term leases are considered according to the development. Contact us for more information.
