Autopay
Autopay is a fast, FREE and easy way to pay utility bills each month. To Get Started and Additional Details
Online
Sign on using your account number and PIN number located on your utility bill. Once you have logged in you can pay using MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. You may make a one time payment or enroll into the autopay program to have your utility bill automatically deducted from your debit/credit card on your billing due date. You may also view account information such as billing history and consumption summaries.

By Telephone
Call ANYTIME using our Automated Interactive Voice Response System (IVR) (352) 728-9810 to make a payment using MasterCard, Visa or Discover debit/credit cards. You will need your telephone number or account number listed on your utility bill and your debit/credit card mailing zip code to use this system. *Note: Pre-loaded or state issued cards are prohibited from use on the system. You may also retrieve billing and account information using this system.

Walk in customer counter service is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Leesburg City Hall, 501 W. Meadow Street.
