Downtown Leesburg begins gearing up for Bikefest
…Expect traffic delays starting this weekend

LEESBURG, Fla – Starting Friday November 5, merchants, residents and visitors to the historic downtown Leesburg business district should expect street and parking lot closures and overall traffic congestion as crews begin setup for the 2021 Leesburg Bikefest.  The three-day event runs Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, November 12 through November 14.

Motorcycle enthusiasts, music lovers and visitors from all over the country will begin filling the streets of the Lakefront City beginning next week.  Leesburg Bikefest is the world's largest three-day motorcycle and music event with more than 60 concerts, hundreds of vendors and amazing bike shows all packed into 30 blocks over 3 days.

Due to Bikefest, all offices in Leesburg City Hall and the Municipal Services Center will close on Friday, November 12. The Leesburg Public Library, including the book drop, will also be closed November 12 and will remain closed for the entire weekend.  All City offices re-open on Monday, November 15.
