City of Leesburg will close for Memorial Day

            LEESBURG, Fla – City of Leesburg offices and facilities will close on Monday, May 27 in observance of Memorial Day. Regular operations will resume on Tuesday, May 28.

          There will be no garbage or bulk item collection on Monday, May 27. Residential and commercial solid waste regularly scheduled for pick up on Mondays will be picked up on Thursday, May 30. There will be no change for dumpster service for the holiday.

          The Leesburg Public Library will close May 27 and will resume normal operations on Tuesday, May 28. 

          Many city services including Building Permits, Planning and Zoning applications and utility payments can be conducted online at www.LeesburgFlorida.gov.
