Reporting Trouble With Your Power:
Reporting trouble with your power has become easier. There are two ways to report outages and other trouble. By text and by phone.
Report by Text:
Leesburg Electric has implemented Outage Reporting via Text Message. This system can be used for reporting power outages only.
*NOTE - In order to use the text service to report outages, your phone number must be up to date in your utility account.
To update your phone number, contact Customer Service between the hours of 8AM and 4:30PM at 352-728-9800 option 2.

To Opt-in, text the word POWER to 352-728-9830 or scan the code below.
Once enrolled in the service, reporting an outage is as easy as texting the word OUT to 352-728-9830 or scan the code below.
Report by Phone:
The Leesburg Electric Outage Reporting system is an automated system designed to collect your outage information and pass it along to the System Operator. It works by recognizing your phone number, then offering options to help you report trouble.
Please have your account number or the phone number associated with your Leesburg Utility billing account available.
