LEESBURG, FL - Many city of Leesburg offices and facilities will open in June following guidelines in the plan for Florida’s recovery issued by Governor DeSantis. The splash pad will be open 10:00am-6:00pm every day. Capacity restrictions and social distancing guidelines will be enforced at both aquatic facilities.      “Our staff is ready to reopen to the public,” said City Manager Al Minner. “We will be providing hand sanitizing stations and floor markings in public areas for social distancing compliance and ask for everyone’s cooperation and patience as we work through these difficult times. The city will continue to meet directives from the CDC and encourage the use of our automated systems to promote safety for the public and municipal employees”
